Ended with tears as again

Current nick: I would have say a lot if i didn't cry.

It's always the speech part giving me problem. it's those tear that make me stop and only say "thank you". So regret. There goes my one and only chance of saying my words to All VO committee and helpers.

Never mind, just to add on my "speech" on my blog. I believe many will read(:











Million of thanks to those who helped up in the event and of course, the committee too. Without all, the event won't be able to be carry out. Like senior said, the 3 events by S.I.T. Club are not standalone event, all require helps from one another. Indeed, nothing much will be done if one tank the whole event. One can't run one show. It's the helps from every single one of us that make it successful, beautiful and colourful. I love VoiceOut 2008/09 with all of you guys there to support and help up. Even though, at the beginning, being an assistant programme managers is not easy but managed to push through and get it ended so wonderful. Working with my understanding Stage Manager and other encourage committee is nice and sweet. Our hard work paid off with a price of sense of achievement.

Lesson learnt: It's the encouragement and help that motivate people.

It's a good experience being an assistant programme manager. Able to learn how to manage people in a way. Good Job, everyone! For settling of the last minutes PK between the soloist was great. Being curious and went to ask Senior Kenneth, what are the criterias for a approval tags/design. I don't know what get me to be so curious about it. But anyway, the answer i got from him is that. It's must be at least approved by 3 seniors as there's 4 seniors. WAH! This is definitely not easy. must be impactful, have focus,... i forgot the rest. Now, i know why. Thank you!(:
